AI workflows & automation

Give the routine to AI. Keep the decisions.

Sort enquiries, extract document data and prepare drafts, with approval rules for the decisions that need a person.

The bottleneck

Your team reads the same kinds of requests, copies fields and prepares the same summaries all day. We build AI workflows around those repeatable steps, with defined outputs and a route for exceptions.

What we can build

  • One selected workflow with example inputs and success criteria
  • Classification, extraction or draft generation connected to your tools
  • Validation rules, human review and a fallback for uncertain results
  • Pilot evaluation before expanding the workflow

A possible workflow

A new enquiry is classified, useful details are extracted and a draft CRM record is prepared. A person reviews the result before the next action. The website illustration shows this kind of flow, not a live client result.

What we agree first

We agree which data may be processed, which model or provider fits and which actions need approval. Accuracy, operating cost and failure cases are evaluated on representative examples; AI output is not assumed correct.

Before you commit

Can AI act without a person approving every step?
Some low-risk steps can follow agreed rules automatically. Sensitive or uncertain results should be routed for review. We define that boundary with you before connecting actions to production systems.
How much will my project cost?
Know the cost before you commit. We begin by defining the first version: its functionality, integrated systems, and validation methods. Then we agree on the budget before development commences. Any paid discovery or assessment is agreed separately prior to that work.
How long does development take?
We agree a timeline for the first usable version, including the access and feedback we need from your team. Larger projects can be released in stages, rather than keeping everything behind a single launch date.
Do I need a finished specification?
No. Tell us what happens today, where work gets stuck and what a better result looks like. Screenshots, examples and a list of tools are useful. We can define the scope and acceptance criteria together.

Bring us the part that gets in the way.

Show us where the work gets stuck. We’ll discuss what can be fixed, what needs building and where to start.
