Web data & API integrations

Stop collecting tabs. Start using data.

Collect and check data from agreed websites and APIs, then deliver it to your catalogue, reports or internal tools.

The bottleneck

The information you need sits across websites, APIs and disconnected tools. Manual collection becomes a recurring job. We build a flow from the source to structured records, with a clear destination and checks along the way.

What we can build

  • Source, field and update-frequency definitions
  • Collection or API connections with structured output
  • Validation, deduplication and field mapping agreed for the dataset
  • Delivery to your application, reporting tool or operational system

A possible workflow

Collect product names, prices and availability from agreed sources, normalize the fields and pass the records to a catalogue or reporting workflow. RunHarvester is our own product in this area.

What we agree first

We check source access, permissions, rate limits, volume and the destination schema first. Source changes and monitoring requirements affect ongoing work. Only agreed, permitted sources belong in the pipeline.

Before you commit

Should we use RunHarvester or order a custom integration?
Start with RunHarvester for its available collection workflows. A custom project fits when you need business-specific validation, several systems connected or a particular operational process. We can help define that boundary.
How much will my project cost?
Know the cost before you commit. We begin by defining the first version: its functionality, integrated systems, and validation methods. Then we agree on the budget before development commences. Any paid discovery or assessment is agreed separately prior to that work.
How long does development take?
We agree a timeline for the first usable version, including the access and feedback we need from your team. Larger projects can be released in stages, rather than keeping everything behind a single launch date.
Do I need a finished specification?
No. Tell us what happens today, where work gets stuck and what a better result looks like. Screenshots, examples and a list of tools are useful. We can define the scope and acceptance criteria together.

Bring us the part that gets in the way.

Show us where the work gets stuck. We’ll discuss what can be fixed, what needs building and where to start.
